  • ½ cup vanilla protein powder

  • 2 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
  • 24 tbsp milk of choice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup whole wheat flour (heat treated) for chocolate flavor
  • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder for chocolate flavor
  • ½ cup chocolate protein powder for chocolate flavor
  • ½ cup mini chocolate chips for chocolate flavor
  • ¼ cup rainbow sprinkles for rainbow sprinkle flavor

Instructions

  1. Heat treat the whole wheat flour in a microwave-safe bowl for 60-90 seconds until it reaches 165°F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the heated flour with protein powder and cocoa powder (for chocolate flavor).
  3. Pour in maple syrup, melted coconut oil, milk, and vanilla extract; mix until smooth.
  4. Fold in mini chocolate chips or rainbow sprinkles based on your chosen flavor.
  5. Chill in the fridge for 4-5 days; let sit at room temperature before enjoying.
