  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1 Tablespoon Milk
  • 1 3/4 cups Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • Sugar (for rolling cookie balls)
  • 1 pkg. Hershey Kisses (or alternative)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together softened butter, brown sugar, and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add creamy peanut butter, egg, milk, and vanilla; mix until well combined.
  4. Stir in flour, baking soda, and salt until just combined.
  5. Roll dough into 1-inch balls; coat in sugar and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until set but still soft.
  7. Press a chocolate kiss into each warm cookie immediately after removing from the oven.
  8. Allow cookies to cool completely on the baking sheet.
