  • 1/4 cup Butter (melted and cooled)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/3 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Kosher salt
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Cocoa powder
  • 1 1/2 cups Canned pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 cup Chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and prepare a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, melted butter, kosher salt, egg, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and sifted cocoa powder until smooth.
  3. Gently add flour and baking soda to the wet ingredients and stir until just combined.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips carefully without overmixing.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and sprinkle more chocolate chips on top if desired.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean from the center. Allow it to cool before slicing.
