  • 2 lb 93/7 Ground Turkey
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 yellow onion (finely diced)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme (minced)
  • 2 eggs (lightly beaten)
  • 1/2 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (minced)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Fresh ground pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar (packed)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Sauté diced onions until tender, then add garlic and thyme; cook until fragrant.
  3. In a bowl, combine ground turkey, beaten eggs, breadcrumbs, parsley, sautéed onion mixture, pepper, salt, and Worcestershire sauce; mix gently.
  4. Shape the mixture into 8 mini loaves and place on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. In a bowl, whisk together ketchup, balsamic vinegar, and brown sugar; brush half over each meatloaf.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes; add remaining glaze and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until internal temperature reaches 150°F (65°C).
  7. Let rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
