  • 2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 small garlic clove, grated
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon fine salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 150 grams fresh mozzarella
  • 2 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven and prepare the pizza dough according to your easy no-knead recipe.
  2. Slice fresh mozzarella into half-inch pieces and dab away excess moisture.
  3. Shape the dough on parchment paper into a 9×13 inch rectangle.
  4. Create dimples in the dough and scatter a flavorful brine made from olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper over it.
  5. Arrange mozzarella pieces on top of the brine.
  6. Transfer the pizza to the preheated oven and bake for 8–10 minutes until golden brown.
