  • 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into small florets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 (24oz) jar marinara sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning to taste
  • Turkey turkey pepperoni, or toppings of choice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a 9×13 baking dish, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil and seasonings.
  3. Roast the seasoned cauliflower for 20-25 minutes until slightly browned.
  4. Remove from oven and spread marinara sauce over the cauliflower evenly.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top along with Italian seasoning.
  6. Add turkey turkey pepperoni or any preferred toppings.
  7. Return to the oven for an additional 12-15 minutes until hot and bubbly.
