  • 3 pounds red potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 medium jalapeno peppers

  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese

Instructions
