  • 4 cups vegetable broth

  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary

Instructions

  1. In a large pot over medium-high heat, heat olive oil until shimmering. Add chopped onion and minced garlic; sauté until translucent.
  2. Stir in sliced carrots and diced potatoes. Cook for about 5 minutes until slightly softened.
