  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (1.5 lbs)
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup hot honey
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 bell peppers (any color), sliced
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup cooked rice or quinoa
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). In a bowl, mix hot honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic. Marinate the chicken breasts for at least 15 minutes.
