Indulge in the warmth of winter with this delightful Hot Chocolate Peppermint Fudge! This no-bake treat combines the rich flavors of semi-sweet and milk chocolate, accented with refreshing peppermint, creating a cozy dessert that’s perfect for holiday gatherings or a sweet surprise any time of year.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips (divided)
  • 1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 packages hot chocolate mix (1/2 cup)
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 4 cups vegan marshmallows (divided)
  • Optional: Crushed peppermint candies for garnish

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8” pan with foil or parchment paper and lightly spray it with cooking spray.
  2. In a double boiler over medium heat, melt together 1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips, milk chocolate chips, butter, sweetened condensed milk, and hot chocolate mix until smooth.
  3. Stir in 2 cups of vegan marshmallows until softened.
  4. Remove from heat and mix in vanilla extract.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and press down the remaining marshmallows on top.
  6. Refrigerate for at least four hours to set.
  7. Cut into squares and drizzle with melted remaining chocolate before serving.
