  • 1 ½ lb salmon, skin removed and cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Pat dry the salmon cubes and season with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon olive oil.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add another tablespoon of olive oil. Cook the seasoned salmon for about 4-5 minutes until golden brown on all sides. Remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil. Sauté minced garlic and grated ginger until fragrant.
  4. Stir in soy sauce, rice vinegar, and honey; simmer for 3-5 minutes until slightly thickened.
  5. Return salmon to the skillet; toss gently in the sauce until well-coated.
