  • 1/2 cup hemp protein powder
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut yogurt
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 2 Tbsp almond butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine almond flour, hemp protein powder, cocoa powder, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, maple syrup, yogurt, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
  5. Fold in dark chocolate chips.
  6. Lightly grease a donut pan with coconut oil and fill each mold three-quarters full with batter.
  7. Bake for 18 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let cool before transferring to a wire rack.
