  • 1/2 pound chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • 1/2 pound shrimp
  • 1 container (336g) Jalapeño Turkey sausage
  • 3/4 cup white rice
  • 3 green bell peppers
  • 1 8oz can Tomato sauce
  • 1 can of Mushroom stems and pieces, drained
  • 1 can beef broth
  • Tony Charchere’s Seasoning, S&P, Tabasco Sauce
  • 1 bag cauliflower rice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a greased 13 x 9-inch pan, combine cooked shredded chicken, shrimp, rice, bell peppers, tomato sauce, mushroom pieces, beef broth, and seasonings.
  3. Slice and layer the Jalapeño turkey sausage on top.
  4. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 90 minutes.
  5. Add shrimp during the last 20-25 minutes of baking.
  6. Allow to rest after removing from the oven to absorb excess liquid.
