  • 1.5 pounds baby potatoes, halved

  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions
