Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ¾ cups chicken broth
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Olive oil
  • Fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. In a large measuring cup, combine chicken broth, heavy cream, Worcestershire sauce, mustard powder, honey, half a bouillon cube, onion powder, oregano, basil, and parsley.
  2. Slice chicken breasts in half lengthwise for thinness and pound them to about ½ inch thick. Season with salt, pepper, and parsley.
  3. Heat olive oil over medium-high heat in a skillet and sear chicken for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove from skillet.
  4. Add white grape juice to the pan to deglaze and scrape up browned bits; bring to a gentle bubble.
  5. Stir in butter and flour; cook briefly before gradually adding sauce mixture while stirring until combined.
  6. Allow sauce to simmer for about 8 minutes before stirring in grated Parmesan cheese and lemon juice until melted.
  7. Return chicken to the skillet; heat through for about five minutes until warmed perfectly.
