  • 1/3 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup grated or finely chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (or 1 tsp dried)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together ground chicken, minced garlic, onion, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, parsley, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning until just combined.
