  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together garlic, rosemary, thyme, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place the beef tenderloin in a resealable bag or dish, pour the marinade over it, ensuring it's well coated. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or overnight.
