- 1 pound wild-caught large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1/3 cup white grape juice or chicken stock
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon minced parsley
- Thaw shrimp in cool water, then peel and devein. Rinse well and place in a bowl.
- Marinate shrimp with 2 tablespoons olive oil, half the garlic, salt, and red pepper flakes for 20 minutes.

- Return shrimp to the skillet with accumulated juices, add another tablespoon of butter, adjust seasoning if needed, garnish with parsley, then serve.
