  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 head cauliflower, chopped into florets
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup chicken broth (optional)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add chopped cauliflower and sauté for 5–7 minutes until tender and lightly browned. Remove from skillet.
  2. In the same skillet, melt the remaining butter over medium-high heat. Add ground turkey, breaking it apart as it cooks for about 5–6 minutes until browned.
  3. Stir in minced garlic, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Return the sautéed cauliflower to the skillet with the turkey mixture. If needed, add chicken broth for moisture. Simmer for another 3–4 minutes to combine flavors.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving hot.
