  • 4 skinless salmon fillets (170 g each)
  • 120 g lump crab meat
  • 120 g cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 60 g cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 30 g breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).
  2. In a bowl, combine chopped shrimp, crab meat, cream cheese, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, garlic powder, paprika, parsley, salt, and pepper.
