Ingredients
Scale
1 lb large shrimp, peeled & deveined
12–14 oz pre-cooked chicken sausage, sliced
1 head broccoli, small florets
1 tbsp olive oil
1/3 cup honey
1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
4–5 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp fresh ginger, grated (optional)
1 tsp sriracha (optional)
1 tsp sesame oil
2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped (garnish)
1 tsp sesame seeds (garnish)
Instructions
In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, ginger (if using), sriracha (for heat), and sesame oil until smooth.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add sliced sausage; sear for about 2–3 minutes on each side until browned. Remove from skillet.
In the same skillet, add broccoli florets; sauté for about 4–5 minutes until bright green. Add a splash of water and cover to steam for another couple of minutes.
Push broccoli to one side and add shrimp in a single layer; cook for about 1–2 minutes per side until pink.
Return sausage to the skillet and pour the honey garlic sauce over everything; mix well and let simmer for 2–3 minutes.
