  • 300 g turkey strips
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 250 ml vegetable or chicken broth
  • 300 g brie (rind removed)
  • 300 ml heavy cream
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika powder
  • 1/3 cup chopped parsley
  • Salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. Prepare ingredients by slicing turkey strips, mincing garlic, and dicing onion.
  2. In a pan over medium heat, cook turkey until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic and onion until translucent.
  4. Add broth and brie, stirring until melted; then mix in heavy cream, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Stir in gnocchi and simmer until heated through.
  6. Mix in cooked turkey strips and chopped parsley before serving.
