  • 3/4 cup honey
  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed if frozen
  • 1 egg, beaten

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pour about 2 tablespoons of honey onto the parchment in a rectangular shape (about 2×3 inches). Arrange one-sixth of the sliced pears over the honey.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut it into six rectangles. Place one rectangle over each portion of pears and gently press down to seal.
  4. Brush each pastry with beaten egg and bake for about 13 to 16 minutes until golden brown and flaky.
