  • 6 oz dill havarti cheese, grated
  • 2 tbsp dill pickles, chopped and patted dry
  • 2 pieces salted butter
  • 1 handful dill pickle flavored potato chips

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients, ensuring the dill havarti cheese is grated and the dill pickles are chopped and patted dry to avoid sogginess.
  2. Butter one side of each slice of sourdough bread evenly.
  3. On the unbuttered side of one slice, layer half of the grated cheese followed by chopped dill pickles and another layer of cheese. Top with the second slice of bread, buttered side facing out.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and grill the sandwich until golden brown on one side (about 3-4 minutes). Flip carefully, pressing down slightly with a spatula to ensure even cooking.
  5. Once both sides are crispy and golden, remove from heat and add crushed dill pickle-flavored potato chips inside before cutting in half.
