  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp lime juice

Instructions

  1. Cut salmon fillets into 1-inch cubes and pat dry.
  2. Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and a mixture of panko breadcrumbs with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat each salmon cube in flour, dip in egg, then roll in the panko mixture.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry salmon bites in batches for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. For the bang bang sauce, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha (to taste), honey, and lime juice until smooth.
  6. Serve warm with the bang bang sauce drizzled on top.
