  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth or dry white grape juice
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken breasts in half lengthwise and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil and butter. Sear the seasoned chicken for about 5-6 minutes on each side until cooked through. Remove from the pan and keep warm.
