  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 9oz Baby Button Mushrooms (sliced)
  • 3/4 cup Heavy Cream
  • 3/4 cup Chicken Stock
  • 1 oz Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 Garlic Cloves (finely diced)
  • Fresh Parsley and Chives (for garnish)
