  • ¼ cup milk
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ cup finely chopped vegetables (bell peppers, spinach, mushrooms)
  • ½ cup cooked turkey bacon or chicken sausage

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C) and grease a muffin tin or use silicone muffin cups.
  2. In a blender, combine eggs, cottage cheese, shredded cheese, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder; blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into a bowl and stir in chopped vegetables and optional protein if desired.
