  • 1 pound ground beef
  • ⅓ cup chopped parsley
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef chuck and ground beef. Add soaked breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper; mix gently until combined.
  3. Form mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake at 400°F for about 15 minutes or cook in a skillet with olive oil until browned on all sides.
