  • 1/2 cup applesauce or 1 small grated apple

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a mini muffin pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, rolled oats, applesauce (or grated apple), egg, cinnamon, honey (if using), baking powder, and salt until well mixed.
  3. Allow the mixture to rest for about 5 minutes to let the oats absorb moisture.
