  • 1 cup cooked black beans
  • 1 cup corn (grilled, roasted, or canned)
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon minced chipotle peppers in adobo
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice (for sauce)

Instructions
