2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
1 tablespoon butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg (optional)

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Halve the spaghetti squashes lengthwise, scoop out seeds, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Roast until tender.
