  • 8 oz white cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2 cups whole milk

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • ½ tsp dried thyme
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • Salt, to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions
