  • 1 medium Garlic Clove, minced
  • 4 cups Corn Kernels, fresh or thawed
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 pie crust (if desired)

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch pie dish with butter.
  2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Sauté chopped onion until softened, then add minced garlic for an additional minute.
  3. Stir in corn kernels and sauté for 2-3 minutes until warmed through.
