  • 1 (13oz) package of chicken or turkey sausage (sliced)
  • 1 large bell pepper (diced)
  • 1 small yellow onion (diced)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • Salt & pepper to taste
