  • 2 cups mini vegan marshmallows
  • 1 bag (11 oz) caramel bits
  • 2 Tbsp milk
  • 1 bag (10 oz) Butterfinger Bites, coarsely chopped
  • 2 oz semi-sweet chocolate (for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Prepare a 9×9 inch baking pan lined with foil and spray with cooking spray.
  2. Fit the graham crackers snugly at the bottom of the pan.
  3. Evenly distribute the mini vegan marshmallows over the graham cracker layer.
  4. Melt caramel bits with milk in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth, stirring frequently.
  5. Pour melted caramel over the marshmallows, spreading evenly.
  6. Sprinkle chopped Butterfinger pieces on top, pressing down slightly to adhere.
  7. Melt semi-sweet chocolate and drizzle over the Butterfinger layer.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for about an hour until set.
