  • 1 (16 oz) bag Mini Pretzels
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 1/4 cup Light Corn Syrup
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 bag Heath Toffee Bits

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°F.
  2. In a large bowl, pour in the mini pretzels and set aside.
  3. In a saucepan, combine brown sugar, butter, and corn syrup; heat over medium until boiling, stirring constantly for about five minutes.
  4. Remove from heat; whisk in vanilla and baking soda.
  5. Pour the toffee mixture over the pretzels; toss gently to coat.
  6. Spread coated pretzels on a baking sheet and bake for one hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
  7. Add remaining Heath Toffee Bits after baking and allow to cool before breaking into clusters.
