  • 8 oz crumbled feta cheese
  • ½ block cream cheese (4 oz)
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • More basil leaves, chopped
  • Red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Dice the Roma tomatoes and combine them in a bowl with chopped basil, minced garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, mix crumbled feta cheese, softened cream cheese, sour cream, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, and salt until smooth.
  3. Gently fold the tomato mixture into the creamy cheese base until just combined.
  4. Chill the dip in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
