  • 1 sheet Puff Pastry
  • 1 (8-ounce) Brie Cheese
  • ½ cup Cranberry Sauce
  • 1 large Egg (for wash)
  • 1 tablespoon Water
  • ¼ cup Chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut cold brie into 24 small cubes. Roll out thawed puff pastry and cut into 24 squares.
  3. Press each pastry square into a mini muffin tin or directly onto the baking sheet.
  4. Place one cube of brie on each pastry square, topping with cranberry sauce and nuts if desired.
  5. Brush edges with egg wash and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Cool slightly before serving; garnish as desired.
