  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 lime (zest and juice)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup diced pineapple
  • 1 cup diced tomato
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped jalapeño pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 8 corn tortillas

Instructions
