  • 1 tablespoon seasoned salt
  • ½ tablespoon garlic powder
  • ½ tablespoon onion powder
  • ½ tablespoon paprika
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, shredded
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
  • 4 brioche buns
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup buttermilk
  • 2 teaspoons dried dill (or fresh)
  • 1 ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried chives (or fresh)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon salt (to taste)

Instructions

  1. For the ranch dressing, mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, dill, garlic powder, chives, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Store in the fridge.
  2. Flatten chicken breasts using a mallet for even cooking. Coat in seasoned salt, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, and cayenne.

  6. Assemble by layering chicken slices on buns with lettuce and bacon; drizzle ranch dressing on top.
