  • 2 lbs. ground turkey
  • 2 tsp. sesame oil
  • 1 cup dry plain bread crumbs
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 2/3 cup hoisin sauce
  • 1/3 cup rice vinegar
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 tsp. sriracha sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1 tsp. minced garlic
  • 1 1/2 tsp. sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, sesame oil, bread crumbs, beaten eggs, ground ginger, and minced garlic; mix until just combined.
  3. Shape into 1½ inch meatballs and place on the baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20-23 minutes until cooked through.
  5. For the glaze, heat hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, honey, minced garlic, sesame oil, ground ginger, soy sauce, and sriracha in a skillet until slightly thickened.
  6. Coat baked meatballs in the glaze before serving.
