  • 1 cup shredded red cabbage
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 3 tbsp panko breadcrumbs
  • Optional toppings: crispy wonton strips, sliced almonds

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken in a mixture of soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil for 15 minutes.
  2. Coat marinated chicken in beaten egg and panko breadcrumbs.
  3. Air fry at 375°F for 12-15 minutes or pan-fry until golden brown. Slice into strips.
  4. Whisk together dressing ingredients: soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic.
