  • 2/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
  • 23 large honey crispy apples

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×9-inch nonstick pan with parchment paper.
  2. In one bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and spices.
  3. In another bowl, mix vegetable oil, eggs, sugars, sour cream, and vanilla until smooth.
