  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, diced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chili oil
  • 2 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400ºF.
  2. Toss brussels sprouts in olive oil, salt, and pepper; air fry for 10 minutes.
  3. Coat diced chicken with chili oil, ground ginger, garlic powder, chili powder, and salt.
  4. After 10 minutes, add the chicken to the brussels sprouts in the air fryer; cook for another 10-12 minutes until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 160ºF to 165ºF.
  5. Stir in sweet chili sauce and air fry or broil for an additional 1-2 minutes.
